Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only, unless a listing says otherwise.

How fast do orders ship?
We ship within 2 business days of your order. Orders shipped with tracking get a tracking number by email. Slabs ship in a protective case inside a padded box.

How much is shipping?
The buyer pays shipping, shown at checkout. Standard is $8.00 and Express is $15.00. Single cards on their own ship for $1.49 under $20 (standard mail, no tracking) or $5.99 tracked from $20. Estimated delivery is shown at checkout. Orders over $500 ship with signature confirmation.

Can I return something?
All sales are final, and we don't take returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, or an item is wrong or missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. Orders over $500 need an unboxing video for a damage or missing-item claim. See the refund policy.

What's a "showcase piece"?
Showcase pieces are part of the Axia collection. We show them with a price so you can see what they're worth, but they aren't for sale online. If you're serious about one, send us a message and we'll talk.

Do you take consignments?
Yes. Send us your slabs, sealed product and singles. We authenticate, photograph, price and sell them, and you get paid when they sell. Start a consignment by telling us what you have.

Are your sealed products real?
Yes. See Authenticity for how we source and check everything.

Do you sell on Whatnot too?
Yes, live as @axiacollectives. Some items are only on the website and Whatnot.
